We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Your Role

In this vital position you're a key partner in our overarching goal to ensure customer success. This front-line support must maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards our customers. Responding in a timely manner through a variety of channels and resolving customer issues is our main focus.

  • Developing customer relationships by providing support and responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Acknowledging, investigating and resolving customer issues
  • Support other departments including Sales and Operations
  • Administrative duties including processing orders, invoices, returns, and credits
  • Maintain multiple databases and files
  • Ensure and provide professional customer satisfaction and support

What We're Looking For

An individual who is able to have excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Candidates should be independent, meeting deadlines, and completing objectives with little or no supervision.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • Prior experience in the retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, etc. is preferred
  • Working knowledge of GSuite & CRM software (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is preferred but not required

Hours of Work

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:45pm, Friday: 8:00am - 3:00 pm.

Compensation

$43,680.00 per annum

This position is eligible for a bonus of up to 8% of your annual salary based on company performance. Any bonus payment is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Company. You must be employed at the time of bonus payment in order to receive any potential bonus. Bonuses are prorated the first year based on your start date.
