Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)

Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English

Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

International Voice (Technical Support)
Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts. Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English. Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts) Working Days: 5 days working Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split) Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop. Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
