Role: Customer Coordinator
Location: Essex
Proper Recruitment are working with a growing Mortgage broker who are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a predominantly telephone-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout their mortgage journey. You’ll work closely with Mortgage & Protection Advisors, managing appointments, progressing enquiries and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

- Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to completion
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Book and manage advisor appointments
- Support clients throughout the mortgage process
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience (mortgage or insurance knowledge beneficial)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Confident working in a target-driven environment
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office

Salary:
ÂŁ25,000 + bonuses
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
Circa ÂŁ30,000
