Job Overview

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Hastings. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the order process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams, you'll help resolve customer queries, manage orders, and build strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Manage customer orders, changes, and enquiries.
  • Provide updates on order status, deliveries, and products.
  • Process quotations and returns.
  • Resolve customer issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Account Managers to support customer needs.
  • Monitor customer backlogs and support on-time delivery performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Previous customer service or customer support experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • SAP experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience working with continuous improvement or Lean principles is beneficial.
