Customer Service Representative
Location: Loughborough, Onsite
Salary: £27,000-£29,000
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Do you have experience of working within a customer service role whilst also having excellent administration skills?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in Loughborough. As the Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for all customers ensuring a timely solution is provided to all requirements.

Description of the role:
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner.
- Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries.
- Updating customers with any changes or updates on orders.
- Working closely with the external sales teams regarding orders and enquiries.
- Dealing with initial enquiries and distributing to the relevant teams.
- Ensuring all associated administration is accurate and complete.
About you:
- Experience of working within a Customer Service focussed role.
- Excellent administration skills and comfortable using new systems.
- Able to plan and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels.
- Team working and collaboration skills.
