Customer Service Representative
Location: Cardiff
Role Type: Contract - 6 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days in the office

What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer experiences by understanding their needs and tailoring your approach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies to protect our business and customers.
- Take ownership of customer interactions, collaborating with colleagues to deliver hyper-personalised solutions.
- Handle and resolve complaints effectively, using feedback to improve the customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and share ideas to drive efficiency and service excellence.
- Use your expertise to support customers across our Retail operations while mentoring others to achieve great results.
- Empower customers with clear, timely information to help them make informed financial decisions.

What You Bring
- Strong understanding of diverse customer needs and requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Skilled in recording, reporting, and managing customer information effectively.
- Adaptable and quick learner, proficient in using various systems.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks while supporting team performance.
- Commercially aware with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships and influence others.
