Adviser IQ is an AI-native CRM platform designed for UK mortgage and protection advisers, offering a single, integrated dashboard to manage client relationships and regulatory obligations. The platform provides real-time metrics, pipeline intelligence, and automated FCA-compliant suitability letters to support efficient, compliant advice. Adviser IQ also enables Consumer Duty and AML monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and robust audit trails to simplify compliance workflows. By streamlining compliance, commission forecasting, and client retention, Adviser IQ helps advisory firms operate more efficiently and deliver a better client experience.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The person in this role will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing clear, accurate information about Adviser IQ’s CRM features and functionality. They will troubleshoot basic platform issues, escalate complex technical problems, and ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves supporting onboarding for new users, promoting best practices for compliance workflows, and helping maintain a consistent, positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide reliable assistance.
- Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and a positive Customer Experience through clear communication and empathy.
- Experience working in or with Customer Service Representative roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or CRM environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with online support tools and basic CRM systems; experience with AI-driven platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of or interest in UK mortgage, protection advice, and regulatory considerations such as FCA and AML is beneficial.
- Prior customer-facing experience and a commitment to inclusive, respectful communication with diverse clients.
