Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, chat, and other support channels
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to customers
- Resolve routine customer queries and escalate more complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Follow up with customers to ensure queries are resolved effectively
- Work closely with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and communication
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Good organization and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using email, online systems, and basic digital tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or support experience is beneficial but not required
