Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Overview
We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a remote UK-based team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills who enjoys supporting customers and delivering a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide clear information and practical support
- Resolve customer issues and escalate where appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Manage multiple enquiries while maintaining service quality
- Communicate with customers through phone, email and digital channels
- Follow customer service procedures and quality standards

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently remotely
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or client-facing experience is beneficial
