Overview
This Customer Service Representative opportunity is available through CV-BRIDGE LTD, connecting candidates with relevant UK employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and online channels
- Provide clear, friendly and professional customer support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate where required
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure appropriate resolution
- Support customers with general service, account or product-related queries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Help maintain a consistently positive customer experience

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers, email and online systems
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre or Customer Support is beneficial but not essential
