Customer Service Representative – Remote UK

Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a remote UK-based environment.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional approach and a genuine interest in helping customers. You will handle customer enquiries, provide clear and accurate support, and help create a positive customer experience across different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat or other communication channels.
  • Provide clear, accurate and professional information to customers.
  • Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Handle multiple enquiries while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Support customers throughout their journey and follow up where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share useful feedback.
  • Follow established processes and maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
