Customer Services Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team in our Milton Keynes office. Working as part of the Customer Services Team, within Supply Chain, you will manage the receipt of customer orders and progress completion through the order fulfilment cycle, whilst providing support to interrelated functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive, verify accuracy, and enter customer orders, liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers
  • Manage customer enquiries across Europe, resolve queries, source and provide information
  • Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting
  • Take ownership of your orders, monitor WIP, and champion your OTIF completion
  • Use Microsoft Excel daily to track order progress and analyse data
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Departments to provide daily support and absence cover when required

What you’ll bring:

  • Good secondary education/degree plus work experience in dealing with B2B customers
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Microsoft Excel working knowledge
  • Numerate and familiar with ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Export experience would be advantageous
