Service Advisor/CSR - Thetford
Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!
Shift pattern - rotating weekly
- 0600hrs to 1400hrs
- 11am to 1900hrs
- Saturday on a rota basis 0700hrs to 1200hrs

Who are you?
- Ability to work in an organised manner within a fast-moving environment
- Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
- Be proactive in identifying customer needs and finding solutions
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances/priorities
- Team oriented
- Good level of IT skills to include Excel, Outlook

What will you be doing
- Working in a busy, fast-paced role based in the reception area
- Manage the reception area and be the main point of contact for customers
- Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
- Liaise and coordinate with the workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
- Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
- Carry out site administration
