Service Advisor/CSR - Thetford

Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!

Shift pattern - rotating weekly

  • 0600hrs to 1400hrs
  • 11am to 1900hrs
  • Saturday on a rota basis 0700hrs to 1200hrs

Who are you?

  • Ability to work in an organised manner within a fast-moving environment
  • Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
  • Be proactive in identifying customer needs and finding solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances/priorities
  • Team oriented
  • Good level of IT skills to include Excel, Outlook

What will you be doing

  • Working in a busy, fast-paced role based in the reception area
  • Manage the reception area and be the main point of contact for customers
  • Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
  • Liaise and coordinate with the workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
  • Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
  • Carry out site administration
