Service Advisor/CSR - Thetford
Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!
Shift pattern - rotating weekly
- 0600hrs to 1400hrs
- 11am to 1900hrs
Saturday on a rota basis 0700hrs to 1200hrs

Who are you?
- you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment
- Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
- Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions
- attention to detail
- Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances/priorities

- Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook

What Will You Be Doing
- Working in a busy fast paced role based in reception area
- Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers
- Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
- Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
- Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
- carry out site administration
