About The Role

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the construction materials industry or a similar sector.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of managing teams and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities

- Implementing best practices across all functions.
- Coordinating with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize supply chain processes.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business growth and sustainability objectives.
