Location: Telford (Onsite 5 Days Per Week)
Contract: 6 Month Temporary Contract
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour
Do you thrive on helping people and delivering outstanding customer service? Are you confident building rapport over the phone and providing support when customers need it most?
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a well-established financial services organisation in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, supportive team where you'll play a key role in helping customers with their annuity and policy servicing enquiries.
This is a highly customer-focused role, with most of your day spent speaking to customers, so we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy telephone-based customer service and are passionate about creating positive customer experiences.
The Role
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
- Supporting customers with policy servicing and annuity enquiries
- Delivering a professional, friendly and solution-focused customer experience
- Processing customer requests and updating records accurately
- Completing administration tasks linked to customer interactions
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance at all times

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or a contact centre environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, resilient and professional approach
- The ability to remain calm and focused while managing multiple enquiries
Training & Development
We want you to succeed from day one. You'll receive a structured 1-2 week accredited training programme, giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to excel in the role.
