About the Role
Manpower have an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s most comprehensive healthcare companies as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 37 hours per week, with three days in the office and two days working from home (a 2-week rotating shift: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, week 1, and 9:45 am - 6:15 pm, week 2, Monday to Friday only). The successful candidate will work with our client on a long-term temporary basis, earning a competitive starting pay rate of £13.85 per hour, moving to £15.02 per hour after successful completion of 12 weeks of training.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to both internal and external customers. Acting as the first point of contact for Medical Device sales orders, Orthokit bookings, and related queries, you will play a vital role in delivering a customer-centric service experience. Your attention to detail will ensure the accurate processing of orders and bookings, while your problem-solving skills will help resolve any Orthokit-related conflicts efficiently.

Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Customer Service environment, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a pressurised and demanding environment
- Highly customer-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a ‘Right First Time’ attitude
- Willingness to take personal responsibility for decisions and consistently deliver results.
