About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in full.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling orders, enquiries, and documentation requirements.
  • Process and monitor customer orders through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the order fulfilment process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with commercial and operational colleagues to effectively respond to customer needs.
  • Support team continuity by providing cover during absences and assisting with the onboarding and training of new colleagues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and agreed customer service procedures.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are committed to delivering a high level of service.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, or plant operations is advantageous.
  • Awareness of contract law and competition law principles.
  • Confidence to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
