Customer Service Representative | International Business | Borehamwood (Office based)

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and highly organised Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, internationally focused business supplying products to a diverse customer base across the UK and global markets.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role at the heart of the operation, where you’ll support Sales while coordinating closely with Procurement, Warehouse, QA, and Finance to ensure orders move seamlessly from quotation through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full sales order lifecycle - from quotation to fulfilment and invoicing
  • Supporting the Sales team with accurate, timely order processing and updates
  • Proactively identifying and resolving order issues before they impact customers
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery
  • Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service
  • Supporting account growth through proactive communication and product recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate data and ensuring all processes are followed correctly

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales support role
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive, energetic, and driven, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office (SAGE experience is a plus)
