Cornwall Glass Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship
Cornwall Glass are looking for enthusiastic candidates to work within this experienced and well-run company to gain a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship. The aim is to support the sales office team by communicating with both our suppliers and customers as well as inputting orders with a high level of accuracy.

As an apprentice you will work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. You will gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Tasks will include:

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Schedule site visits, invoices, and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Maintain accurate records of glazing jobs and materials
- Learn how to cut glass
- Assist with on-site glazing works which will help develop knowledge
- Have an interest in working with glass
