About the Role
A motivated customer service sales support administrator is required for our prestigious market leading, award winning, Sunday Times Fast track 100 engineering client. In return there is a generous salary of £27k-£29k+ dependent on experience and excellent benefits including generous holidays, great bonus, good contributory pension scheme, healthcare and medical insurance, in a permanent stable company that rewards their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of the quote database- following up on recent quotations, sales enquiries, customer interactions, CRM database
- Calling customers regarding recent quotations, making outbound calls to existing customers, checking their quotes and answering queries and questions and following these up
- Market research -Liaising with customers about the requirements, gathering more detailed information about their requirements, budgets, future projects and competitors
- Passing these qualifying leads & detailed info onto the Sales manager, hire team and field sales team

Requirements
- Excellent customer service experience and a polite, friendly professional telephone manner
- Ideally some experience of sales quotes, phone sales, telesales, internal sales, sales calls, medium- high phone calls (any tele sales, market sales, market research calls, warm sales leads, quotations sales experience would be of interest) or happy and able to make high volumes of telephone calls soft sales daily
- A full UK driving licence and already based a commutable distance to Haddenham office daily for permanent onsite office based role (this is not hybrid, remote or part time,) The hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday
- Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and a flexible, positive can-do attitude
- Good team player, friendly, polite, professional, resilient telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills (can use database, spreadsheets, CRM systems. Salesforce is desirable)
- Excellent listening ability, communication, negotiation and interaction skills
