Customer Service Sales Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers via phone and email. It is essential for ensuring contract renewals are successfully secured and for driving new business opportunities within Kingspan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction within agreed timelines.
  • Log site visits and coordinate part orders and deliveries.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes to customers.
  • Maintain high accuracy in order processing, including managing credit card transactions.
  • Retain commercial contract customers and develop strategies to foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth.
  • Track and record sales activities to monitor performance.
  • Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kingspan's products and services.
  • Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience - training provided
  • Call Centre experience desirable
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • A positive, confident, and determined approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
  • Proficient in IT and computer systems.
