Customer Service & Sales Advisor (Aftersales)
The role is about looking after homeowners directly once their kitchen is in, which is a key part of our growing Direct-to-Consumer offering. You'll be the person they speak to, from first enquiry through to the order landing on their doorstep.
You'll be talking to customers, meeting them in our Lancing showroom, guiding them through options, spotting opportunities to genuinely help them, and hitting sales targets with commission on top.
The rest is order processing. Careful, often repetitive, detail-heavy order processing, on systems that are functional rather than elegant, plus chasing internal teams, fitters and suppliers to keep things moving. We're telling you this upfront because we want the person who reads that and thinks "good, I'm great at that", not the person who finds out in week three.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What makes someone great at this:
- You're warm and calm on the phone, including with customers who are unhappy
- Your attention to detail is genuinely excellent, not something you claim on a CV
- You take pride in accurate, well-organised work rather than finding it tedious
- You've sold to consumers before and you're comfortable with targets
- You can switch between a spreadsheet and a customer conversation without losing your patience with either
- You're proactive - this role is brand new and we want you to help shape it
