Polish Village Bread UK is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor who is fluent in both Polish and English to join our growing team.
About Us
Established over 20 years ago, we are a modern bakery producing baked goods to accompany you every day. Since the beginning, we have continued to grow, becoming the largest Polish bakery in the United Kingdom.
Over the past two decades, we have built a strong and well-established position within the UK market, earning the trust of our customers and business partners across the country.

About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be an important point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they receive a professional and friendly service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and other communication channels
- Communicating with customers in both Polish and English
- Supporting telephone sales and promoting our products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with other departments within the business
- Carrying out general office and administrative duties
- Supporting the wider team with additional tasks when required
- Candidates with relevant HR experience may also have the opportunity to support with HR administration and related tasks

About You
We are looking for a motivated and reliable person who enjoys working with people and is confident communicating with customers.
You will ideally have:
- Fluent Polish and English – essential
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or office administration
- Confidence and professionalism when communicating with customers over the phone
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused and positive approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous telephone sales experience would be an advantage
- Previous HR experience would be an advantage, but is not essential

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: Generally 10:00am – 6:00pm, with some flexibility around working hours.
- Every fourth Saturday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
