Customer Service & Sales Representative
Southampton | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
Looking for a customer-focused role where you can develop valuable communication and sales skills while making a positive impact?
Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in Southampton for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their expanding team.
Representing nationally recognised charities, you'll engage with members of the public through face-to-face community outreach, raising awareness of meaningful causes and helping supporters make a lasting difference. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and relationship building while working in a supportive team environment.
No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with members of the public through face-to-face community engagement
- Representing nationally recognised charity campaigns professionally
- Raising awareness of charity missions and community impact
- Delivering excellent customer service and building genuine relationships
- Helping supporters complete the registration process accurately and professionally
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic individuals
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not essential

Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
