Role Description
The Customer Service Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. In this position, the representative will welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly explain rental options, pricing, and lease terms. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing bookings and viewings, following up with leads, and supporting residents with any service or maintenance requests. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in property management systems, collaborating with on-site teams to resolve issues promptly, and contributing to a welcoming, community-focused environment that reflects UNCLE Living’s commitment to outstanding resident experience and service.

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and resident-facing skills, including empathy, active listening, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into leases and meet occupancy or revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting information to individuals or small groups.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and follow-up management.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with operations, maintenance, and management teams on-site.
- Relevant experience in residential property, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or property management systems is beneficial.
- A reliable ability to work on-site in Leeds, including some evenings or weekends as required, is necessary.
- Previous experience in sales or leasing, and knowledge of the local rental market, is a plus.
