The Customer Service Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pyle. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about training courses, schedules, and pricing. The specialist will guide prospective learners and corporate clients through the enrollment process, follow up on leads, and support sales activities to meet booking and revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, processing bookings, coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact to course completion. The role also includes handling feedback and resolving issues promptly to strengthen customer relationships and support Bowtec’s reputation for professional, safety-focused training.

Qualifications
- Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, confident communication in person and in writing.
- Experience in sales or account management within training, education, or related service industries is beneficial.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Competence in using CRM systems, email, and standard office software to manage customer information and bookings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently to manage a busy workload and meet targets.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and a commitment to safety and compliance-focused environments is an advantage.
