About RedSeven

RedSeven is a fast-growing customer acquisition and sales company specialising in face-to-face customer engagement. We work with recognised UK charities and commercial partners, helping build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate long-term supporter relationships through professional, people-focused campaigns.

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Specialist. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate seeking to gain experience in customer service, sales, customer engagement, promotions, events, or business development in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Whether you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer support, sales, call centres, events, or are looking for a career change, we provide full training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

The Role

As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will represent nationally recognised charities and brands through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

You’ll focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, building positive relationships with members of the public, and supporting customer acquisition and awareness campaigns through professional communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a customer-facing role suited to confident, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in team-oriented environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
