About Macahl

Macahl Animal Health is the manufacturer of Oralade®, a leading veterinary oral rehydration brand for pets, trusted by veterinary professionals and pet owners in over 60 countries. As we continue to grow across the UK and internationally, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive to join our expanding team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced customer-service, sales-support or account-coordination professional who enjoys building strong relationships and taking ownership of customer needs. Experience in veterinary practice, animal health or the pet industry would be valuable, but the essential requirement is a strong history of delivering excellent customer service or sales support.

The Role

As the Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact for veterinary practices, distributors, retailers, pet owners and other partners. You will take ownership of delivering an exceptional, knowledgeable and reassuring experience across every interaction. This varied role combines customer service, sales support, commercial coordination and sales administration. Working closely with the Key Account Manager, Managing Director and wider commercial team, you will help develop customer relationships, maintain commercial momentum and ensure enquiries, opportunities, quotations and orders are followed through effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
