This role will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as a key point of contact for customers while supporting order processing and administrative functions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Speaking with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Ensuring orders progress smoothly from receipt through to completion

Skills & Experience
- Immediately available or available on a short notice period
- Previous customer service and/or administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and via email
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
