Customer Service / Sales Support Team Leader
Location: East Leeds - office based role
Salary: £30-40,000
Benefits: Outstanding holidays
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Support Team Leader to support daily operations — processing orders, managing customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and keeping our systems accurate. You'll be the link between customers, couriers and internal teams, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and communication runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email, resolving service requests professionally and promptly
- Processing and correcting customer, project and partner orders, maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with couriers on deliveries, re-deliveries and damage reporting
- Managing customer service cases and project queries through to resolution
- Chasing deliveries and keeping customers updated
- Raising RMAs, processing credits, and submitting courier claims
- Maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records
- Creating quotations and processing pro-forma payments
- Supporting the team of two and holiday meetings, conducting training/coaching

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Some line management experience
- Experience of working in Manufacturing or FMCG
- Good organisational and time management ability
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Competence with CRM and order processing systems
