職務概要
カスタマーサービス部門における全体統括
- 受注、手配部門の両チームリーダーと連携してカスタマーサービス全体の日々の業務における人員、業務の調整をします
- カスタマーサービス部門における課題が発生した際に、迅速に自部門、他部門と連携をとり課題を理解し、対応を検討し、必要に応じて社内のステークホルダー（営業、マーケティング部門）への説明、対応策の実行をします
- 3PLに委託している業務を理解し、3PLのリーダーと連携し、適正人員を確保、自部門のメンバーと協働して委託業務の課題を抽出し、受注業務全体の人物金の適正化を図ります
- コマーシャルオペレーション部門におけるKPIを理解し、コマーシャルオペレーションの戦略に基づいて課題を抽出し、改善の活動を実施します
- ESPオペレーションの管理・運営をリードします

- カスタマーサービス部門の全体統括
- コマーシャルオペレーション部、ZB全体の改善活動、コマーシャルオペレーション、会社全体のプロジェクトへのリーダーとしての参画

- カスタマーサービス全体業務の基幹システム（AS400）のプロセスに応じた業務管理
- 上記業務における業務改善、見直し、次世代システムの導入を常に見据えた業務プロセスの構築
期待される人物像・知識・スキル・能力
<Must>
- カスタマーサービスでの顧客対応経験
- 業務の優先順位付けや判断が必要な事柄に対し、責任を持って対応できる方
- 将来的にオペレーション全般の管理運営などのキャリア志向がある方
- 実務でSAP、Oracle、AS400のモジュールを使った経験がある方
- 英語にてグローバルの関係者とコミュニケーションを取りプロジェクトを遂行できる方
<Want>
- 医療機器業界経験、特に貸出ビジネスの知識がある方
- エクセルなどを使って大量のデータを整理、分析ができる方
- 関連部門との積極的に物おじすることなくコミュニケーションを図り連携が取れる方
教育・経験要件
<Must>
- 大卒以上（ビジネス・ロジスティクス・システム関連分野尚可）
- SAPシステム導入プロジェクト経験のある方
- 海外とのコミュニケーション、業務やプロジェクト経験がある方
