Caesarstone: Customer Service & Showroom Manager
Caesarstone is an award-winning international designer and manufacturer of premium engineered stone surfaces for a variety of uses and applications. These include bathroom vanities, flooring, quartz countertops, splash backs for kitchens for the commercial and residential interiors sector. We supply low silica and silica free materials, as well as porcelain surfaces. The brand has a reputation as a global design leader, as well as providing the best customer service to channel partners and consumers in the UK.
Following major expansion plans and the relocation of our Head Office and Distribution Centre, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service & Showroom Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across all customer touchpoints while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company's DC showroom.
Principally working within Caesarstone’s fabricator customer channel, the role leads the customer service function, including UK based and offshore teams, manages fabricator customer enquiries and orders, oversees showroom presentation and supports sales growth through excellent service and relationship management.

Working closely with the sales, warehouse and operations teams, the successful candidate will ensure Caesarstone’s fabricator customers receive a professional, efficient and consistent service from enquiry through to delivery whilst maximising sales opportunities within the channel. Presenting our showroom to promote customer engagement and create an exceptional customer experience.

Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience managing a customer service team.
- Experience working within distribution, wholesale, retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Experience handling customer complaints and service improvements.
- Experience managing customer orders and administration.
- Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness.
Desirable:
- Experience managing a showroom or retail environment.
- Knowledge of ERP or order processing systems.
- Experience within interiors, home improvement, building products or a distribution business.
