If you're looking for a traditional customer service role, this probably isn't it.

Our team is about building strong customer partnerships, solving complex problems, driving operational excellence and delivering success for some of the biggest customers in the sports industry. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, helping customers succeed whilst making a genuine impact on the business.

Whether you're experienced in customer service, customer success, account management, operations, logistics, sales support, or leadership, we're interested in hearing from people who are excited by the opportunity to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and strengths, you could be:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Supporting customer accounts and driving service excellence
  • Solving operational challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to deliver business results
  • Analysing data and providing valuable business insights
  • Improving processes and helping shape how we work
  • Supporting business growth through exceptional customer experiences
