Kenny Recruit’s client is a fast-growing, international group of companies established over 15 years ago. They’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to come in and support the wider team and clients. We need someone who takes pride in the administration side of their work whilst also enjoying the daily communication aspect of the role with clients.
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Worcester
Contract: Full time, £25,000-£28,000 + benefits
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
The Role:
The role will be based in our Worcester office working amongst your fellow colleagues and others from around the business. Your day will consist of supporting in the day-to-day customer support functions such as processing orders, answering IB customer queries via email/telephone and contributing to the smooth running of warehouse operations where need be. The role will also require proactively engaging in upselling conversations and OB contact with smaller trading businesses to grow their partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Managing your assigned customer queries via the business's communication hub of Front and by Telephone
- Processing manual customer orders via Email/Phone & proactively transitioning them to online ordering where relevant
- Managing all aspects of sales enquiries, providing excellent advice, alternative solutions & upselling where possible
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and by understanding our customers business requirements
- Proactively utilising Internal systems to record and maintain up to date customer information and customer specific requirements
- Complete proactive OB contact to both established and smaller clients to keep them engaged and updated on new products, events, self-serviceable solutions and following up after sample packs.
- Work closely with other departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance to ensure all aspects of the customer journey is fulfilled.
- Proactively discuss bespoke product opportunities with customers and maintain the creative journey to production

Requirements:
- Self-motivated and driven individual - not satisfied with the status quo
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
- Competent in Computer/System utilisation
- Adaptable to change – we are a growing business in the UK market!
- Experience in Customer service, Account management and/or Sales would be preferred
- Experience using CRMs such as Monday.com/HubSpot would be beneficial
- Fluent in English.
