Customer Service Specialist (B2B)

London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Permanent | Full-Time
German & English Speaking required

We're partnering with a global consumer products business to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with internationally recognised brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer experience is at the heart of everything.

If you have experience in B2B customer service, order management and logistics, and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and sales teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver exceptional B2B customer service via email and telephone.
  • Manage customer orders from entry through to invoicing using an ERP system.
  • Support retail partners with stock availability, pricing and order enquiries.
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximise customer performance and identify opportunities.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with warehouses and logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Manage customer complaints, investigate issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Produce shipping documentation, process returns and coordinate value-added services.
  • Analyse customer and order data to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular performance updates.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B Customer Service, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a product-based business.
  • Strong order management and logistics knowledge.
  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English and Fluent German is essential
