Dryrobe® Customer Service Specialists

Dryrobe® is currently seeking two Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team on a 12-week fixed-term basis to provide world-class customer service to our expanding customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a busy environment dedicated to helping customers. You will be working alongside a fun, friendly team of Customer Service Specialists to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with our growing international brand.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialists will engage with Dryrobe’s customer community, act as the voice of our brand, and serve as the first point of contact for customer-related queries.

  • You’ll be reaching out and interacting with customers via multiple channels, including telephone, email, social media, and live chat.
  • The role will require you to passionately communicate product knowledge to answer queries and use website navigation for delivery updates.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and the ability to effectively liaise with different departments, and our Third Party Warehouse, to quickly answer and resolve all customer queries.
  • The ability to problem-solve is essential to smoothly handle customer issues and recognise when something needs action to address and strive to put it right with as little customer impact as possible.

Location

Office-based, however after initial induction and training to the company we would consider hybrid working. Our office is based at Dryrobe® HQ, Braunton, North Devon

Job Type

Temporary, fixed-term contract for 12 weeks. Full-time position - X 2 available

Hours

Full-time; Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4.30pm and Friday, 8:30am - 3.30pm.

Salary

£24,350
