We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our UK team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Location: Lakeside, Cannock, Staffordshire, United Kingdom, WS11 1SL
What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B eCommerce clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted logistics partner.
- Lead client onboarding, service adoption, and ongoing account support to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor fulfillment performance, analyze operational data, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular client business reviews, provide performance insights, and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and support client growth through value-added solutions.

What You’ll Need
- Experience in customer success, account management, warehouse operations or logistics operations (3PL/eCommerce preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex logistics topics for clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with logistics platforms, WMS, or order management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business.
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
