Customer Service Specialist Apprentice (Level 3)
Location: Manchester
Your Responsibilities Include
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist Apprentice (Level 3). Working alongside our Customer Service and Sales teams, you will learn how to deliver excellent customer experiences, manage customer enquiries, process orders, and support customers throughout the order journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Help resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records in our business systems.
- Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

About The Apprenticeship
Delivered by BMS Progress, this 17-month apprenticeship combines practical on-the-job experience with structured learning, workshops and dedicated coaching support. You'll develop skills in customer service excellence, communication, problem solving, customer insight and service improvement, while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.
