Hours: Full-time

Overview

Our client, a financial services organisation operating within the automotive sector, is seeking a Dealer Support Advisor to help improve dealer performance, compliance and customer experience across a large UK dealer network.

This is a high-contact role combining inbound and outbound dealer support, complaint resolution, relationship management and operational administration. You will work directly with dealerships to understand issues, challenge poor practice and deliver positive outcomes for customers and dealer partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound, outbound and digital support to dealerships, identifying root causes and resolving issues effectively.
  • Support dealer relationship teams with dealership queries and priority account activity.
  • Improve customer experience through complaint resolution and the management of customer and dealer issues.
  • Advise dealer groups on marketing best practice and available marketing support.
  • Maintain accurate dealer information and records.
  • Respond promptly to poor customer experience reviews and help address underlying issues.
  • Promote best practice across the dealer network, identifying challenges and recommending practical solutions.
  • Complete administration within agreed service levels, considering the operational impact on dealerships.
  • Act as a dealership subject-matter contact, resolving complaints and logistics issues while maintaining constructive dealer relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
