Our client, a fantastic family-run business that manufactures & supplies high-quality products to the commercial horticultural industry internationally, is seeking a permanent sales administrator to complement their team.
We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused individual, ideally with previous export and shipping/supplier administration experience, who would love to work for a friendly, progressive, and humble organisation. In this role, you will help support the sales team in order processing, logistics, data entry, and other general administration.

- Preparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes
- Organising transport and logistics for deliveries to customers
- Coordinating order and shipping/delivery planning
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their order
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Data reporting
- Proofreading marketing materials
- Attending and assisting tradeshows
- Organising team meetings
