The Customer Service Specialist internship is a hybrid role based in Twickenham, with some flexibility to work from home. The intern will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Resolving customer issues
- Supporting account queries
- Documenting interactions in CRM systems
- Escalating complex concerns to senior team members when needed
The role also involves:
- Collecting feedback to help improve customer experience
- Maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborating with consulting and marketing teams to deliver a positive client journey
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills across channels.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time and tasks independently.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting setting.
- Relevant coursework or experience in business, marketing, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
