Customer Experience Specialist
We’re recruiting for a growing technology-led business operating within the logistics and delivery sector. As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for an experienced Customer Experience Agent to join their team.
This isn't a traditional customer service role where you simply respond to an enquiry and move on to the next ticket.
You’ll be expected to understand what has happened, investigate the issue, take ownership and make sure it reaches the right resolution.
The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for a range of customer and operational enquiries, using Zendesk alongside other systems and operational information to investigate issues and determine the best course of action.
Some queries will be straightforward. Others will require you to dig deeper, coordinate with internal teams or external partners, arrange technical or operational support and keep the customer updated throughout.
You'll also be expected to spot recurring issues and patterns, helping the wider team identify where improvements can be made as the business continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
