Salary: Basic £24,900 + Bonus (OTE £28,000)
We’re on the lookout for customer service stars who love going the extra mile. You’ll take real pride in helping and supporting our customers and in doing a fantastic job.
You’ll be joining a well-established, market-leading business with over 30 years’ experience. We’re continuing to grow and take market share, and we’re looking for new talent to be part of that journey.
What will I be doing?
- Being the first point of contact for customers with questions about their insurance policy
- Chasing and resolving missed payments
- Making changes and updates to policy details
- Handling cancellations and answering policy-related queries
- Retaining customers by saving insurance policies where possible
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound customer calls
- Carrying out general administration to keep everything running smoothly

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience in sales or a customer-focused role (preferred)
- Great communication skills and a natural problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
