Customer Service Specialist Slough

About the role

Act as KP Snacks' dedicated supply chain representative for Booker and BRP, managing inventory, replenishment and order execution to maximise availability and service performance. Through strong analytical thinking, collaboration and proactive problem-solving, the role identifies opportunities that create value for both KP Snacks and the customer.

What will you be doing?

  • Monitor stock holding, sales performance, forecasts and demand trends to proactively identify risks, opportunities and required actions
  • Manage customer ordering activities, ensuring accurate and timely order placement, amendments and issue resolution
  • Lead stock recovery plans, availability improvement initiatives and actions to minimise waste, overstocks and aged inventory
  • Coordinate the successful execution of promotions, seasonal events, new product launches, range changes and delists
  • Analyse service, stock and forecasting performance, providing insights, recommendations and root-cause analysis to improve supply chain outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Manufacturing teams to deliver customer and business objectives

  • Experience of inventory management, replenishment, forecasting or order management processes, ideally within FMCG, retail, wholesale or distribution
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret inventory, sales, service and forecast data
  • Advanced MS Excel alongside excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • A background of working directly with customers or key stakeholders in a customer facing role
  • Experience using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or equivalent
