Customer Services Supervisor (£40,000 – £45,000) and Customer Services Executive (£35,000 – £40,000)

Prestigious London Estate, Belgravia

Monday to Friday, office-based (Victoria) with estate visits

Troika Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading property services provider to build a brand-new, dedicated Customer Services team for one of London's most prestigious residential and commercial estates.

This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created team from day one and help shape a genuinely high-end, concierge-style service for an exceptional portfolio of homes and buildings across Belgravia and Mayfair.

The Opportunity

Our client is transforming how its top-tier residents and occupiers experience service. Instead of passing through call centres and multiple contractors, clients will have one trusted, accountable point of contact who takes ownership of every request, from a light bulb out to more complex property issues, and sees it through to resolution.

The team will initially look after a select group of VIP clients before expanding the service across the wider residential, commercial and retail portfolio. For the right people, there's real scope to grow with it.

The Roles

Customer Services Executive (£35,000 – £40,000)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
