Customer Service & Supply Chain Administrator (m/f/d)
Bizerba is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide and support excellent customer service throughout the organisation. Our goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Milton Keynes.

Your tasks
- Process work orders according to customer specifications while maintaining clear, consistent communication with sales and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather and verify all necessary information to accurately prepare and request quotes in a timely manner.
- Route artwork, copy, digital files, or prints to the appropriate departments and proactively follow up to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
- Accurately and promptly enter all job information into SAP and related systems, ensuring data integrity and order precision.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email using professional etiquette, delivering timely, courteous, and solution-oriented service.
- Proactively follow up on orders to confirm accuracy and on-time delivery, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Address and resolve questions from customers, sales representatives, and production teams efficiently and professionally, maintaining a strong customer-first approach at all times.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a customer service–focused role is required, preferably within the printing/label industry. Demonstrated ability to build strong internal & client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- High levels of English proficiency (spoken and written) is required, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers and internal teams.
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using SAP.
- RFQ for repeat orders and customers
- Internally assist in managing top 20 customer accounts on an internal level in support of field sales team to ensure agility of relationship
- Production meeting participation on behalf of sales team and provide relevant feedback to customer and colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to clear, professional client interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service accuracy.
- A consistently positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude contributes to a supportive, team-oriented environment for both clients and colleagues.
- The role will also be expected to train in the supply chain for the IS and R teams to provide full support and cover in case of any absence

Your profile
- Experience within the printing, labels, packaging, manufacturing, production or FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience processing customer orders, quotations and managing customer accounts.
- Experience using SAP (and ideally WebCenter or similar artwork/workflow systems).
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, sales teams and production colleagues.
- Excellent administration and order processing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when entering orders, specifications and pricing information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-solving skills with the confidence to investigate and resolve issues proactively.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of customer requirements.
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Customer-focused and service-driven.
- Proactive and able to anticipate issues before they become problems.
- Resilient and calm under pressure.
- Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
