Customer Service Support Administrator

£14.00 per hour | 6 month fixed term contract based in Abingdon | Temporary and temp-to-permanent opportunities may be available following our relocation to Reading in Spring 2027.

Are you organised, customer-focused, and confident working across multiple systems? We are looking for a Customer Service Expert / Service Support Administrator to join our Service team and provide vital operational and customer support during a busy period.

You will be required to work in the office in Abingdon for the time you are contracted to do so. This is an office based position.

Full-time: 37.5 hours over 5 days
Part-time: 2-3 days per week (must include a Monday)

What you'll be doing:

  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
  • Processing customer orders, credits, and replacement appliance requests
  • Contacting customers by phone and email to arrange, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
  • Supporting claims, returns, and reporting processes
  • Providing administrative support across the wider Service team

What we're looking for:

  • Good IT capability to undertake administration tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new processes quickly
  • Able to manage priorities and adapt to the needs of the team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and SAP is desirable
