Customer Service Support Administrator
£14.00 per hour | 6 month fixed term contract based in Abingdon | Temporary and temp-to-permanent opportunities may be available following our relocation to Reading in Spring 2027.
Are you organised, customer-focused, and confident working across multiple systems? We are looking for a Customer Service Expert / Service Support Administrator to join our Service team and provide vital operational and customer support during a busy period.
You will be required to working in the office in Abingdon for the time you are contracted to do so. This is an office based position.
Working Hours
- Full-time: 37.5 hours over 5 days
- Part-time: 2-3 days per week (must include a Monday)

What you'll be doing:
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
- Processing customer orders, credits, and replacement appliance requests
- Contacting customers by phone and email to arrange, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
- Supporting claims, returns, and reporting processes
- Providing administrative support across the wider Service team
What we're looking for:
- Good IT capability to undertake administration tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new processes quickly
- Able to manage priorities and adapt to the needs of the team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP is desirable

Salary:
£28,000 per annum
