Customer Service Team Leader
North Tyneside
Permanent staff position
Office-based
£38,000 - £42,000 per annum
A leading print & packaging business is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to head up the client services function, ensuring high-quality support for key client accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the customer service team in day-to-day activities, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Taking the lead on select key client accounts.
- Mentor and develop team members to follow procedures, develop skills, and maintain first-class standards.
- Provide support on technical queries & process questions.
- Accurately & efficiently handling any client complaints and related finance queries.
- Promoting inter-department collaboration to ensure smooth end-to-end workflow.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

- Proven experience in a customer service/client services leadership role.
- A background in the print and/or packaging industries.
- Track record of coaching and developing others.
- Familiarity with technical or process-led customer enquiries.
